Meet Us
As Waldorf teachers, we are responsible for fostering in our students the ability to form concepts. This is different from the ability to memorize or even understand concepts formed by others, and it requires sensitivity to one’s own inner guidance. Fortunately, the human being is an artist. If we support children’s creative expression, they develop much more than imagination and artistic skills. Such an awakening within students allows them to approach life creatively and generate possibilities rather than living out of stereotypes. This process of moving from the inside out stimulates forces and sparks activities essential for logical analytical thinking. ~Waldorf School of the Peninsula Class Teacher
